Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
Hello everyone!

We are glad to see you and welcome Jack Vinijtrongjit.

Welcome to the DOUBLE TOP Chat!

Jack [AAG Ventures]
Hi all!

Thanks for having me here!

Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
So, let’s start with the first question we ask all guests.

How did you come to crypto and what have you been up to?

Jack [AAG Ventures]
Sure!

My background is in enterprise software with a specialty in building scalable software infrastructure and integration. I have been in probably 7+ industries and now my focus is back to the blockchain space I have been around casually for the past 5 years or so. I believe blockchain tech is amazing and I’m always amazed at what people come up with.

My role as the CEO is to shape the vision of the company and gather all the talents we need to be successful. I’m also very technical so I do get my hands dirty with engineering work.

Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
Cool! You have a good experience. Next question:

Could you tell our community, what is AAG Ventures?

Jack [AAG Ventures]
AAG Ventures is a Play-To-Earn (P2E) project with 3 pillars: a P2E guild, a P2E platform and a Learn-To-Earn (L2E) platform. The project built a guild of 1.5K scholars in 7 countries in a record time of 7 weeks (currently 2K+).

Now, the team is focused on building:

1) P2E platform that provides “picks and shovels” for guilds (e.g., for payroll, performance management, security, etc) and is THE backbone for P2E and

2) The world’s first Learn-To-Earn (L2E) platform. L2E applications will pay participants crypto for learning transferable skills (e.g., math, programming or even how to build the metaverse) through a gamified interface.

Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
Thanks for the answer, impressive!

What management mechanisms do you plan to implement in guild management, what do you consider to be the core of the functioning of the AAGV?

Jack [AAG Ventures]

I think it might actually be the easiest if I first share this image.

Basically, we want to make sure that things that are common and don’t provide addional value and can be autommated are taken care of. Payroll, for example, doesn’t just take enormous time, but also can destroy trust if not done properly.

We also want to provide visibiliy into how well a guild is actually doing so they can solve it at the root cause.

Once they don’t have to worry about these things, they can focus more on expansion and provide much more values to their scholars.

Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
That is really interesting! So, next question about P2E:

You have occupied a very promising niche, what games do you think will be popular in the future and why, how will P2E change the classic perception of games?

Jack [AAG Ventures]
Thetan Arena is one of them. We love their team because they focus on gaming experience first and yield second. It just happens that they have also figured out how to balance the economy at the same time. We are planning to work with them closely to co-host large tournaments, etc, to help bring more people into P2E.

DeHorizon is another one. Think of them as Metaverse 2.0 where metaverses are no longer siloed and you can hop between game like using Axies in Thetan Arena. Our vision aligns wiith them on that.

Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
Friendship with teams is always a sharing of experience, networking.

Could you tell us about your experience of interacting with other gaming guilds, who in the industry helped you with your formation?

Jack [AAG Ventures]
Trying to work with guilds has been an interesting experience. Since we started as a guild, people viewed it as a conflict of interests because we also are the decision maker on the platform development.

We were able to overcome this by introduce Proof-of-Participation so that people who are affected most by decisions will have the most say. This includes priority on which features to implement for example.

We are also lucky to find some friend in Avcado Guild, Merit Circle, Axie MX, Legadzo Scholarship, and a few others who really believe in helping people. Because our mission is so aligned, we are able to work with them at a various levels depending on where they are at.

Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
Do you know many users are exploited by other guilds, as most of the earnings are usually returned to the guild and not to the gamers? How AAG Ventures can change this system so most of the rewards will return to users?

Jack [AAG Ventures]
This has always been an interesting question to answer.

When you say people are being exploited, I actually see if they are being given an opportunnity to put food on the table so that they can spend their brain power and time to pursue what they might want to do next.

They might be guilds out there that really do take advantage of people, but for us and many others like Avocado Guild, we are community-first people. We both focus on the learning aspect as well as encourgae our scholars to use their existing skills. You may have recently seen the announcement about us working together and part of it was to do with resource share so that we can provide jobs for both of our community.

Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
Thanks for this answer, Jack!

AAG Ventures launched Project Trident: The Triple DAO and its vision are to define the roles of DAOs in Play-To-Earn. Could you tell us more about it?

Jack [AAG Ventures]
To us, DAO is all about putting powr of making the decisions into the hands of ones who are affected by these decisions the most. That’s why we introduce Proof-of-Partication (PoP). Without PoP, anyone with very large number of tokens will have the biggest say even though it’s other DAO members who are actually affected. We are aiming to change that with our triple DAOs.

Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
Do you think the community is the most valuable part of the growth of AAG Ventures? Which events do you organize to attract users to the project and encourage them to believe in and trust the project?

Jack [AAG Ventures]
Yes, we are very community driven and we will continue to be going forward.

We believe in solving the actual problem instead of inventing the problem and fit everyone else into it. That’s why we will soon expand into 9 more countries to the total of 16. We want to learn from people on the ground and go through the pain points with them so we have a better understanding of what we are trying to solve.

Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
Next question about roadmap:

The roadmap has plans for Donate-To-Earn and Volunteer-To-Earn. I would like to know at least approximately how you plan to implement this within the framework of the project.

Jack [AAG Ventures]
For these 2 categories, it’s all about verifiabilty.

You need to know that people actually did it. We have some ideas on this that we can’t share right now.

I think it’s an exciiting opportunity for people really get out there an contribute to the society whlile earning something at the same time. I think you will really like it once you see how we plan to implement this feature.

Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
We look forward to important announcements from you. And the last question in the AMA:

How $AAG token holders can participate in the project’s governance? What type of decisions may holders vote on? If $AAG holders don’t want to participate in governance, how they can delegate their voting rights?

Jack [AAG Ventures]
There are so many things that our DAOs will do. Let me give you one example on the non-profit side.

For the AAG Foundation, you willl be able to nominate an existing initiatives or start a brand new one. Members of the DAO will then be able to vote to support the initiative and fund it. This could be anything from a water project in Ghana to helping people who are affective by a major earthquake for example.

It’s really up to your imagination.

As for delegating your rights, we have not thought much about this, but it could be as simple as sending the ballot token to your friend.

Andrew [DOUBLE TOP]
Thanks, Jack!

It was a great AMA and a great end to the work week. I hope our community has received all the necessary answers.

Jack [AAG Ventures]
These are some great questions. Glad to be able to clarify.
